A treatment session has an arrival time that cannot be negotiated, and the return depends on how long it runs. So we book the outward leg for an exact hour and keep the return flexible: you call when the patient is ready, or we fix the hour from the start if you already know it.

What to tell us when booking
- The hospital or clinic, the ward and the arrival time.
- The floor at home and whether the building has a lift.
- Whether the patient walks unaided, needs a chair or can only travel on a stretcher.
- Whether there is a central venous catheter or a port, so the crew avoids that area during the transfer.
- Whether immunity is low and contact on the way should be limited.

Discharges, admissions and hospital transfers
We also handle moves between medical units when treatment continues elsewhere. We notify the receiving unit before we arrive, so the patient is taken in directly, and we hand over a completed transport sheet.
Discharges can be booked the day before or arranged the same day, depending on when the discharge note is signed.

When treatment is in another country
We arrange transfers to clinics in the European Union and repatriations, with a medical crew, and with the route and paperwork prepared by us. We work with health insurers and hand the patient over directly to the receiving clinic. The quote is built per route, on request.
